I am a third-year psychology student at University of British Columbia. I have been passionate about health and fitness for the past five years and have completely transformed my physique using a highly effective combination of basic bodyweight movements (like push-up and pull-up variations) and gym-based resistance training, along with strategic recovery protocols.
I have a solid foundation in exercise programming, recovery strategies, and postural assessment. Having achieved my dream physique through consistent progression on key exercises, I am confident in my ability to optimize training for results. Additionally, I am also certified by the National Academy of Sport and Medicine (NASM)
I firmly believe that simple, minimalist exercise programs can produce significant changes in body composition, and that consistency is the most important factor in a successful transformation.
Furthermore, my educational background in psychology provides me with a unique perspective on the effects of exercise on mental health, client motivation, and habit formation.
